Equipment Classes
Our range of specialized classes are designed to harness the power of unique, state of the art equipment, as we guide you toward a stronger, more balanced body.
** To ensure safety and familiarity with our equipment, we ask that new clients schedule a private session prior to signing up for a group class
** If you are new to Pilates equipment, you are required to schedule TWO private sessions prior to signing up for a group class.
Pilates Tower
Take your Mat class to the next level with the Pilates Tower. The Tower (or Half-Cadillac) is a specialized machine with bars, springs, and straps that create a versatile and supported full-body workout. Enhancing strength, flexibility, and body awareness, the Tower is perfect for students of all levels - whether it’s your first time on a piece of a equipment or you’re looking to engage your powerhouse on a deeper level.
Pilates Reformer
The Reformer…referred to by some of our new clients as the “Transformer”, is a low-impact machine that helps strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and empower your body. Movements performed on the reformer both push and pull the body on the carriage, using springs for resistance. Discover a new level of well-being and experience the benefits of a complete session on this beautiful piece of equipment.
Pilates Jumpboard
The Pilates Jumpboard is a padded platform attached to the Reformer, allowing users to add a low-impact cardio element to their traditional Pilates workout. The Jumpboard targets the legs and core muscles for a fun and effective workout.

Pilates for Life - Equipment (65+)
Our PFL-Equipment classes are designed for students over the age of 65. Working on our equipment, the pace of this class may be slower but the focus is spot on. We believe that Pilates is for every BODY and that Pilates is for LIFE!

Mat Pilates
A mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body alignment. The class involves a series of controlled movements and exercises performed on a mat, using body weight as resistance. This type of class is suitable for all fitness levels and emphasizes precision and mindfulness in each movement to achieve muscle balance and coordination.
TRX (Total Resistance Exercise)
This challenging class uses suspension and your own body weight to challenge and strengthen your whole body. Our classes have no jumping or high-impact moves, so sneakers are not needed.
** Indoor shoes, non-skid socks, or bare feet are welcomed when taking TRX class.
CardioTone
CardioTone is a 40-minute signature workout fusing cardio and resistance training in an elegant style. This class is designed to tighten, sculpt, and transform the body. CardioTone will target those trouble areas such as the triceps, thighs, glutes & abs giving you the results you have been looking for.
** Please wear socks with grip and bring water and a sweat towel.
PFT - Pilates for Teens (13+)
This 45-minute mat workout focuses on developing core strength, improving flexibility, & toning the entire body in a balanced way. Amidst growth spurts, newfound sports, & puberty changes, Pilates is a key tool for teens to foster body awareness & develop lasting posture & movement habits. Through Pilates, teens refine movement, as well as elevate self-assurance, body image, & athletic prowess, while minimizing injury risks.
Cancellation Policy
*Group Classes: If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance (12 hours via Mindbody) of a scheduled class you will lose a session on your class package
*Privates & Semi-Privates: If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance (12 hours via Mindbody) of your scheduled private or semi-private, you will lose a session on your private or semi-private package.
